We are a walk-in hospital with wait times up to 2+ hours, so please plan to arrive early! We usually reach capacity by 3pm on weekdays and noon on weekends, sometimes earlier. We try to accommodate as many pets as we can before reaching max capacity. Once we reach max capacity, we can no longer take walk-ins for the rest of the day. We look forward to helping you and your family.

My cat Ava has been coming here the last 5 years. She was recently put down after a long battle of kidney disease. While I was unfortunately out of town my mother brought her in and the staff showed a lot of empathy and kindness. Thank you for the care you gave our cat 🐱
ECVVH was absolutely wonderful! Although the wait time is long its well worth it, everyone from the front desk to vet took time to listen to our needs and helped our 3 month old puppy with a severe cherry eye issue. It was also much more …

The compassion vet tech Heather and Dr. M showed me while having to help my kitty cross the rainbow bridge will never be forgotten. I am still devastated but their support and caring attitude has helped accept the loss of my beloved Momma Kitty.
I just have to say I appreciate everyone’s kindness in here. From the front desk, nurses and doctors. I know I am leaving my fur babies in the best hands of people who actually want to help out and love animals. In particular Dr Miralles. She’s always been so kind and helpful with my Cat. I won't be recommending this vet anymore. After taking off a half day of work on a Friday morning, they refused to let me go in with my dog. I don't send my kids off with people that I do not know and I treat my dogs the same. They were not concerned about my dogs health at all.
I understand you haven’t been here in many years, but for at least the last 6 years, we have reserved our exam rooms for euthanasia and difficult discussions. Our clients have trusted us to see their babies without them, and I’m sorry you were not ok with this. Especially for larger dogs, and you being on crutches today, it’s a safety issue to be in an exam room and is best for us so we can allow for proper restraint so we can do the most thorough exam possible.
